CLARET CUP

Combine all ingredients except club soda in a large punch bowl. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to be served, add the club soda and garnish with thin slices of orange and lemon.

CLARET PUNCH

Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Add the claret, brandy, apricot brandy, bourbon, Cointreau, club soda, and cold tea. Stir well. Add 1 large block of ice and garnish with the orange slices.

Shake with ice and strain over ice. Add BOLS Grenadine and stir carefully.

COLD DUCK PUNCH

Mix all liquids in a large punch bowl. Float the sherbet on top.

Shake with ice and serve in a lowball glass.

CONSTABLE SHUFFLE

Put everything into a pint glass with one ice cube. Serve with wheelchair. :-)

COON DAWG PUNCH

Put in juice first, then add Everclear. For added flavor, soak the fruit wedges in Everclear about an hour ahead of time. Fruit wedges make excellent snack. Best served in ice chest or janitorial trash can for mass consumption.

COTTON PICKER'S PUNCH

Build over ice, add three drops Herb saint/Pernod, stir well, top with soda water, garnish with fresh fruit in season.( I used Jim Beam and Bacardi 5yo)
