Ok..this is like a margarita...but with pisco...Pisco is a traditional drink from Bolivia, Peru and Chile...It's made out off grapes.
First get a bottle of pisco (hard to get) then mix in a cocktail glass with Lemon Juice...whites from one egg and Sugar....and of course ice it's 1/3 or a bit less of it and the rest of Lemon Juice.
This is ideal for aperitifs...just keep in mind one egg per cocktail... |
